Guanghai Li is a a Vice President at Monitor Group based in Beijing. He has over fifteen years of combined working and consulting experience in both China and internationally, in the areas of business strategy, technology and innovation management, regional economic competitiveness, and organizational strategy.

Before Monitor, Mr. Li used to be a deputy director of China's Key National Lab for Clean Coal Technologies in Tsinghua University in Beijing.

Mr. Li holds bachelor and master degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing, and from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
