SASAC-Monitor Corporate Governance Forum

SASAC Corporate Governance Forum was held on Jan, 14th, 2010 in Beijing, China. Mr. Shao Ning, Vice Chairman of SASAC delivered the opening speech and hosted a panel discussion session. Mr. Joseph B. Fuller, CEO of Monitor Group, made the keynote speech and participated in the panel discussion with Mr. Lejiang Xu, Chairman of Bao Steel Group Corporation, Mr. Wen Ling, President of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited, Mr. Zhengwu Ma, Chairman of China Chengtong Group, Mr. Gengshu Miao, Chairman of SinoTrans and Mr. Keqin Wen, Director of SinoPharma. Other participants of the forum included Mr. Bing Li, Bureau Chief, Enterprise Restructuring, and Ms. Aibo Xu, Deputy Bureau Chief, Foreign Affairs, bureau staff from SASAC and representatives from the board of 24 pilot central SOEs.
