Job Description

The primary role of a consultant is to make direct and immediate contributions that enhance our clients' long-term competitive position and performance in distinctive, innovative, and sustainable ways. To do this, consultants must perform the following functions:

1. Work with clients to define and structure potential problems and opportunities

2. Develop hypotheses and conduct both primary and secondary research to tests those hypotheses

3. Evaluate available analysis tools and methodologies to determine the most appropriate

4. Integrate broad sets of data into frameworks which can then be used to synthesize findings and to develop strategy

5. Work collaboratively with case team members from both the Action Company as well as from other Monitor Group companies

6. Participate in formal training sessions designed to enhance client service capabilities and further career development
