To work with a group of talented young people, and to be enthusiastically engaged in an area that I am good at, and then continue to improve myself and contribute to the society, is, in my opinion, exactly the meaning of my work. Based on these thoughts, I chose to be a consultant at the very beginning of my career.

In my opinion, as a consultant, one should always be curious and thirst for knowledge, and have good communication skills. To find out whether I have all this capabilities, and whether I really want to become a consultant, I decided to go for practice in this field. In my years of field work, I worked the most time at Monitor Group, which became the start point of my career.
